ELIS/OPERATIONS/Q4 2024

Book a 30-minute Architecture Review with a Principal Cloud Engineer.

A working session — not a sales pitch. Walk in with your current architecture; walk out with a written assessment of failure modes, cost leaks, and the two or three changes that move the needle on availability.

  • 99.995% measured uptime across 180+ managed production environments
  • 11 min mean time to resolution — 4.3× the MSP median
  • 67% average cloud-spend reduction in the first 90 days
Static dashboard mock displaying three uptime gauges at 99.995% or higher and an MTTR sparkline trending toward 11 minutes for Q4 2024.

§ 02 — WHAT TO PREPARE

A prepared, structured 30 minutes — here is what to bring and what you leave with.

We treat the Architecture Review as an engineering engagement, not a discovery call. Your Principal Cloud Engineer has read your intake form before you join. The session is yours; we use it to surface what we see.

  1. 01

    One workload in mind

Pick the production system you care about most — the one a Sev-1 in the next quarter would hurt. We will scope the review to that workload and ignore the rest of your estate.

  2. 02

    A diagram or one-pager (optional)

A current-state architecture sketch — even a whiteboard photo — accelerates the conversation. If you do not have one, we will draw it with you live during the call.

  3. 03

    Your last two post-mortems

The incidents you have already lived through are the best map of your residual risk. Bring the two most recent post-mortems (NDA-protected if needed); we read them before the call.

  4. 04

    A constraint we should respect

Budget ceiling, compliance regime (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, FedRAMP Moderate), board-level mandate, or a hard migration deadline. One constraint is enough to make the recommendations actionable.

WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A two-page written assessment within five business days: ranked failure modes, a shortlist of availability and cost interventions, and a fixed-fee Statement of Work for any follow-on engagement — whether or not you choose to proceed with ELIS.

§ 03 — BOOK THE REVIEW

Request your Architecture Review.

Five fields. We reply within one business day with three available 30-minute slots and the Principal Cloud Engineer who will run your session — matched to your cloud, workload, and compliance regime.

By submitting, you agree to be contacted by ELIS Data & Cloud, Inc. about your review. We do not share intake details with third parties.

A short note from the engineer who will run your review.

Thirty minutes is not a lot of time, so I don't spend it on slides. Pull up your architecture — a diagram, a runbook, the dashboard that kept you up last week — and we'll work through it together. By the end of the call you'll leave with a one-page written readout: what I would change, what I wouldn't touch, and where the first dollar of cloud spend is going to waste.

If we're the wrong team for what you're trying to build, I will tell you in the first ten minutes and point you to a partner who fits. I'd rather lose an hour than waste a quarter for you.
